October 2nd - Week One - Oktoberfest celebration! - German Pretzels, Spaetzle, Bratwurst

October 9th - Week Two - French Cuisine - Croque Monsieur, Chicken Cordon Bleu, French Silk Pie

October 16th - Week Three - Greek Cuisine - Spanakopita, Pasticcio/Pastichio (noodles with creamy sauce and lamb then baked like lasagna), Saganaki (fried Greek cheese)

October 23rd - Week Four - Spanish Tapas - Croquettes, Empanadas, Patatas Bravas (potatoes)
