Day Two - Asian (pork potstickers, salad rolls with peanut sauce, teriyaki chicken kebabs, Korean vegetable pancake)

Day Three - South American (chicken empanadas, fried plantains, Brazilian cheese bread, vegetable kebabs with chimichurri sauce)

Day Four - African (Piri Piri Beef Kebabs, Tunisian Potato Turnovers, Moroccan spiced roasted chickpeas, South African chocolate pepper cookies)
