ONLINE CLASS - Enchilada Dinner - Ages 8-12 (suggested ages, but other ages welcome)

THIS CLASS IS ONLINE ONLY. Once you sign up, I will email you recipes so you can have plenty of time to shop. I will email the Zoom link the morning of.

Chicken OR Veggie Enchiladas, Spanish Rice

Equipment needed: Casserole dish (pyrex) to cook enchiladas, sauce pan for enchilada sauce, cheese grater, large pot to cook the rice (it gets sauteed first so rice cooker doesn't apply here)

Cancellation Policy

For classes listed on the website calendar, there is a 24 hour refund policy. No same day refunds, unless weather prevents class attendance. No call, no show do not get credit towards another class.

For summer camps, I need 5 days in advance for a full refund. After that, I will credit you $100 as that space will be hard to fill so close to the camp. No refunds for not showing up with no notice.

For birthday parties, I need at least 5 days notice for a full refund. If you give me less than 5 days notice, you forfeit the $100 deposit. If you need to reschedule your party, we can move your deposit towards the new date. If we can't find a date that works, you either need to keep the original date or forfeit your deposit.
