Cancellation Policy

For classes listed on the website calendar, there is a 24 hour refund policy. No same day refunds, unless weather prevents class attendance. No call, no show do not get credit towards another class.

For summer camps, I need 5 days in advance for a full refund. After that, I will credit you $100 as that space will be hard to fill so close to the camp. No refunds for not showing up with no notice.

For birthday parties, I need at least 5 days notice for a full refund. If you give me less than 5 days notice, you forfeit the $100 deposit. If you need to reschedule your party, we can move your deposit towards the new date. If we can't find a date that works, you either need to keep the original date or forfeit your deposit.
