Summer Camp, Ages 10-14 - Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Dessert

Each day we will make a dish from breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. Each day will have a different food theme.

Day One - Buttermilk
Breakfast - Buttermilk Waffles with Berries
Lunch - Buttermilk Potato Salad
Dinner - Buttermilk Oven Fried Chicken
Dessert - Chocolate Buttermilk Cake

Day Two - Pumpkin
Breakfast - Pumpkin Pancakes with Cinnamon Brown Butter
Lunch - Spicy (but not too spicy) Pumpkin Soup
Dinner - Creamy Pumpkin Pasta with Parmesan and Sage
Dessert - Pumpkin S'more Cupcakes

Day Three - Cheddar Cheese
Breakfast - Cheesy Breakfast Casserole with Sausage
Lunch - Macaroni and Cheese
Dinner - Chicken, Rice and Cheddar Bake
Dessert - Apple Pie with Cheddar Crust

Day Four - Apples
Breakfast - Apple Breakfast Bread
Lunch - Oregon Valley Salad with Apple Vinaigrette
Dinner - Pork Tenderloin with Cider & Apples
Dessert - Salted Caramel Apples Bars
