THIS IS AN ONLINE CLASS. Recipes will be mailed out the week before so you have time to shop. Link will be mailed the morning of class.
We will be making tzatziki, roasted chickpeas and tabbouleh. These items will be part of your bowl and you can add other things like feta cheese, kalamata olives, roasted peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.
This meal is all vegetarian, but you can add some rotisserie chicken or lamb to it if you like. We won't be prepping any meats during class.
